A woman was gravely hurt at a Long Island cemetery when she was struck by a headstone.

Lillian Yanch was visiting St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale when the grave marker fell, according to a lawsuit she filed against the cemetery and the Diocese of Brooklyn.

The cemetery should have known the headstone was in bad shape, Yanch charges.
