It was a massage only a masochist would love.

Angela Gaudioso-Klein claims a “reckless” therapist at a Massage Envy in Staten Island was so negligent, she ended up with a torn meniscus in her left knee, according to a lawsuit.

Gaudioso-Klein ultimately required surgery to repair the injury she claims she incurred during the disastrous November 2015 visit to the Marsh Avenue spa in the New Springville neighborhood.

She accused the unnamed massage therapist of negligence, and is suing him and the spa for unspecified damages.

Massage Envy declined comment in the allegations but said they only hire licensed massage therapists.
