Tickling the ivories is no laughing matter for a Manhattan woman who claims her neighbor’s piano playing has made her life hell.

Marguerite Plekhanov is demanding to switch to a different apartment in her West Chelsea building, which is mostly designated as affordable housing for artists, actors and musicians, because her fourth-floor neighbor is running a commercial music studio out of his home, she claims in a lawsuit against the landlord.

The nuisance has made it impossible for her to live peacefully, Plekhanov alleges in her Manhattan Supreme Court suit.
