A deranged woman was busted for throwing ammonia in the face of her neighbor’s dog after a dispute during a Father’s Day barbecue, law-enforcement sources said.

Irene Helale, 69, lured the innocent bulldog over to her fence, then threw the liquid into the poor pooch’s face on Staten Island, the sources said.

The 5-year-old English bulldog suffered ulcers in both eyes.

Helale was arrested.
