This Soho building has gone to the dogs.
An accused hoarder under investigation for animal abuse after one of her pups fatally plunged from her third-story window, has nearly driven away her last neighbor — making her and her pack of seven pooches the lone residents in the five-story building, the landlord claims in court papers.
Landlord Hung Thanh Inc has sued in a bid to oust Stacey Kirkland, claiming she’s been threatening other residents; clogged the hallways with Amazon packages and has allowed her nine dogs to relieve themselves inside, filling the building with a putrid stench.
Residents on the fourth and fifth floors told Hung Thanh in August they planned to leave because of Kirkland, according to the litigation.

In court papers filed this week, Thanh declared the last remaining resident at 429 Broome St. other than Kirkland was also leaving.
“We’re planning on it. We don’t want to wait for a decision” from the court, the neighbor, who did not want to be publicly identified, told The Post.
Kirkland has lived in the building since at least 2007, when she moved in with her husband Dominick Dimeo, according to the legal filing.

The animals were removed by city authorities after the canine’s fatal fall on Nov. 3, but a couple weeks later, seven of the pooches were returned to Kirkland — who then held a bizarre memorial service on the sidewalk for her dearly departed dog, a witness said.
Kirkland allegedly hired a photographer and “bodyguards,” and shelled out for four large funeral wreaths to pay tribute to the fallen pooch, which she bizarrely claimed was killed by neighbors.
“Maybe 6 pm, I noticed various large funeral style flower arrangements outside of her door. Then I saw a man taking pictures in the hallway and two heavier gentlemen come in … She stated that these were her body guards and photographer. We were all dumbfounded as you can imagine,” said witness Candyce Musinski, who added, “I just want the dogs safe.”
There is an “active and ongoing” probe of the situation at 429 Broome by the NYPD’s Animal Cruelty Investigation Squad, police told The Post.
Kirkland hasn’t paid her $1,249 rent in nearly two years, according to the landlord, who now claims the building produces no income other than the beleaguered spa on the ground floor — which is also struggling with odors, flooding and flies because of Kirkland’s alleged behavior.
“The building is being destroyed,” the landlord lamented in the litigation.
Kirkland did not immediately return a call for comment.
