This is a boys-only boat club, she says.

A yacht club treated a Westchester woman like a misbehaving child after she split from her husband, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court.

Diane Notaro, 52, became a card-carrying member of the Cortlandt Yacht Club in 2001, buying a $25,000 ownership share as an investment for her two kids.

Vincent Notaro, a State Police investigator, enjoyed club privileges and, like many members, worked at the Montrose-based club to defray dock fees for their 35-foot cruiser, “Ain’t Enough.”

After last year’s breakup, Diane, a Buchanan resident who works for the local school district, tried to revoke Vincent’s right to work there, her suit says. But the board rejected her request — and even ordered her to sit in a corner and be quiet at one contentious meeting, the suit says. The club did not return a call for comment.
