A woman’s dead body was found floating in the East River on Monday night, cops said.

The unidentified woman, who appeared to be in her 20s or 30s, was discovered fully clothed in the water at Pier 35 near South Street in Lower Manhattan just before 11 p.m., according to police.

She was removed by NYPD Harbor Charlie Patrol and taken to Pier 17, where EMS declared her dead.

Investigators are working to identify the woman, who had tattoos on both of her upper arms, according to police sources.

Her body did not show any signs of trauma and she did not appear to have been in the water for an extended period of time, the sources said.

The city Medical Examiner’s Office will officially determine how she died.
