A Con Ed worker inappropriately touched a customer in her Chelsea apartment and stole glances of her half-naked body, she alleges in a suit.
Sandra Alvarez says worker William Marshall came to her place on Dec. 7, 2011, and “allowed his body to come into contact” with hers, according to court papers filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Marshall, she claims, also managed to look at her when she was “not fully dressed,” according to the suit, which alleges he “carelessly struck and/or touched and/or hugged,” and also “improperly touched . . . assaulted, and/or battered” her.
Marshall, 48, told The Post the case is bogus. “I never touched that lady at all,” he said. “She couldn’t pay her bill, that was the problem.”
