Ten rent-stabilized tenants are suing their Brooklyn landlord — who was formerly on the city public advocate’s worst-landlord list — claiming an “ever-escalating course of harassing conduct” to force them out.

The Brooklyn Supreme Court suit against Miriam, William, Richard and Michelle Moshe Shasho and the companies they own, 611 Flatbush Ave. Realty Corp. and First Kings Management LLC, includes a laundry list of grievances.

The landlords refused to make repairs, the suit claims. They also converted apartments into Airbnbs, insulted tenants and refused to provide heat or hot water, the suit says.

The landlord’s three Prospect-Lefferts Gardens buildings on Flatbush Avenue have also racked up 220 open housing violations, according to the complaint.

Reached by phone, William Sasho declined to comment.
