A Brooklyn cop’s wife who shot her husband with his own gun was sentenced to five years’ probation yesterday.
Lanice McCloud pleaded guilty last month to felony assault stemming from a heated argument in the couple’s Starrett City home that turned bloody in February 2008.
Her husband, Anthony McCloud, initially told investigators that he shot himself accidentally while cleaning his gun.
She also pleaded guilty to two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, as the couple’s two young children were home at the time of the shooting.
