‘Wrong man’ jail suit OK’d

A $150 million lawsuit filed against the Brooklyn DA’s Office by a wrongly convicted man can go to trial.
Jabbar Collins — who served 15 years in prison for a murder he later was cleared of committing — claims that Brooklyn DA Charles Hynes turned a blind eye to misconduct.
