A construction worker at the World Trade Center site fell from the fourth floor of 1 WTC yesterday.
José Jerez, 29, apparently lost his footing and fell 14 feet onto a plywood flooring shortly after 1:35 p.m.
The Bronx resident was taken to Bellevue Hospital with serious neck and back injuries.
