WTC mogul in new bust
He’s grounded.
A trucking-company mogul awaiting trial on charges that he bilked workers rebuilding the World Trade Center out of $1 million was ordered yesterday to live with his parents under house arrest after he was charged with cashing a bad check in New Jersey for more than $6,000.
The feds say Gerardo Fusella, 37, concealed his arrest in the fall until two weeks ago so he could spend Christmas with his family instead of being jailed for violating his bail terms.
