One World Trade Center is about five days away from being the tallest building in the city.

That’s when the under-construction skyscraper will hit 101 floors and 1,254 feet — surpassing the Empire State Building’s 1,250 feet, Port Authority chief Pat Foye said yesterday.

“Within the next several days . . . perhaps as early as Monday,” he said.
