The owners of the under-construction World Trade Center tower want to install an antenna to attract radio and TV stations currently broadcasting from the Empire State Building.
The senior vice president of the Durst Organization, Thomas Bow, told The Wall Street Journal that the development firm wants to become the premiere broadcast facility in the Big Apple.
