A memorial for 85 transit employees who were killed in World War II is once again on display in Brooklyn.

The 12-panel granite plaque, which features the names of the slain on a world map, was removed from 370 Jay St. earlier this year as part of the long transition of the city-owned building from MTA headquarters to a New York University science building.

The MTA moved the plaque to 130 Livingston St. and re-dedicated it this month.

The one lone World War II vet who still works for the MTA was on hand for the ceremony. Frank Gurrera, 91, has been a machinist with the agency since 1970. He is the oldest person employed by the MTA.
