HARTFORD, Conn. — A prestigious Yale fraternity, which counts both Bush presidents among its famous alums, has come under fire since a video appeared online of pledges marching through the campus and being ordered to chant obscenities against women.

Delta Kappa Epsilon’s national director will meet with the New Haven chapter to “set forth a plan of action,” the fraternity said.
