The Yankees are slashing the prices of some of their most expensive season tickets for 2010.
Ninety-seven percent of the infamous Legends Suite seats, which sold for up to $2,500 a game at the beginning of this season before being cut, will see another, as-yet unspecified reduction.
The price of the best field-level seats will drop from $325 to $250 or $235 a game as part of season plans, the team said last night.
The only increase announced was for seats in certain sections of the main level, which will jump from $100 to $125 a game next season.
