Yankee Stadium beer vendor Steve Lazarus is going 0-for-3 in the playoffs.

The Sultan of Suds’ two-game ban for wising off to Red Sox pitcher Alfredo Aceves was extended to at least a third game yesterday after his tale of woe appeared in The Post — and that had the veteran hawker crying in his beer.

“I don’t know why they’re making such a big deal out of this,” an angry Lazarus, 53, said after showing up at the Stadium hours before yesterday’s Game 2 of the ALDS against the Detroit Tigers, only to be turned away by a supervisor.

“They come up, and they tell me: ‘You’re still suspended. You’re in violation of company policy,’ because I’m in the newspaper and they got a [policy] saying you’re not supposed to be in the media,” fumed Lazarus, who moonlights as a stand-up comic. “But I’ve been in the newspapers and on TV plenty of times. Now it’s a problem?”

The suspension is costing him $200 to $300 a game, he said.

The trouble started Sept. 25, when Lazarus joked with Aceves before the nightcap of a double-header.

He walked over and called out, “Hey, you got ID?” Aceves grabbed his crotch and shot back, “I got your ID right here.”
