A Manhattan dentist is giving a one-star thumbs-down to a popular Internet review site.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Dr. Mal Braverman says Yelp only has “defamatory” bad reviews of his Central Park South Smile Studio on its site, while all of the positive reviews for his practice have been filtered out.

It also charges that the site recommends other dentists who are Yelp advertisers.

He says he’s lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential business as a result — and wants Yelp to pay him the difference for posting the “false, misleading” reviews.

A rep for Yelp said they hadn’t seen the suit.
