An 8-year-old girl was hit in the leg by a stray bullet today as she walked along a Bronx street.
The child was walking home from school with her mother and brother at about 2:15 p.m. when the bullet grazed her left leg on Fox Street between Home and East 169th streets.
The girl was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, and was expected to survive. Her mother and brother were not hurt.
The bullet is believed to have been shot from Home Street, about a half-block away.
Cops last night were seeking a suspect in his 20s.
