A young punk was caught on surveillance video throwing a glass bottle at an MTA bus driver’s face in The Bronx, authorities said.

The video from inside the bus shows the driver picking up passengers at the corner of Prospect Avenue and Home Street where the boy can be seen running up to the bus’ open door and throwing the bottle at the driver around 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 20.

The bottle struck the victim’s left eye before the kid ran off.

The driver was taken to Jacobi Hospital with minor injuries, cops said.

The suspect is described as being between 10 and 13 years old, standing approximately 5-foot-4 and weighing roughly 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt and black jeans.
