Zazi dad denies rap
The father of the New York City subway-bomb plotter appeared yesterday in Brooklyn federal court to plead not guilty to immigration fraud.
Prosecutors say Mohammed Zazi, 54, committed the fraud in 1998 and lied to the FBI. He was indicted last January for allegedly destroying the remnants of materials his son, Najibullah, 26, used in a bid to kill straphangers.
