The teenage son of the millionaire tech CEO killed when a private plane crash-landed on a Texas highway miraculously survived the fiery wreck, according to reports.
The son of Joshua Baer, the head of tech startup Capital Factory, is doing “OK” after the NetJets-operated Cessna Citation Latitude aircraft burst into flames when it crashed upside down on a Laredo highway shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday, a family representative told KXAN.
The duo was aboard the aircraft with four other passengers — two teenagers and two pilots — when the private plane suffered a mechanical issue and lost contact with air traffic control.

Baer’s wife and mother could not immediately be reached. His father declined to comment when reached by The Post.
The jet had departed San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, around 6:18 p.m. local time and was headed for Austin, Texas, before diverting to Laredo, according to FlightRadar24.

Devastating dashcam video from the horrific scene reportedly showed the aircraft crushing several street lights as it skidded down the road, before hitting a concrete median and snapping in half.
As it became engulfed in flames, another video showed two heroic bystanders – one armed with a sledgehammer and another with a shovel – prying the plane’s door open and shattering the cockpit glass to free those inside.
The five crash survivors, a person from a passing car who was clipped by the plane, and five first responders suffering from smoke inhalation were all rushed to a local hospital.
Police confirmed the survivors have been released from the hospital, the outlet reported.
