Federal agents were seen descending on a Florida apartment in the hunt for Minnesota mass shooter Robin Westman’s mom, who has retained a powerful attorney while refusing to talk to cops.

Several agents were first filmed arriving at Mary Grace Westman’s apartment in East Naples on Wednesday, hours after her son shot up the Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis, killing two children and injuring 18 others during the first Mass of their school year.

Casually dressed and wearing sunglasses and holding binders, they were filmed by WINK NEWS as they walked up and banged on the mom’s front door, calling out, “Miss Westman.”

But the mom — who once worked at the school her son shot up and signed off on his name change to help him transition to a transgender female — didn’t answer the door.

Her whereabouts remain unclear, as authorities revealed that she is not cooperating with the investigation into why her long-troubled, hate-filled son unleashed the heinous attack that ended with his own death.

“We have not been successful in talking to the shooter’s mother,” Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said during a press conference Thursday. “But there continue to be efforts made to get that done.”

Despite coming up empty in their search for Westman, police executed four search warrants on Wednesday and retrieved hundreds of pieces of evidence, including electronic devices, they said.

While so far not talking to cops, the mom has retained criminal defense attorney Ryan Garry, according to Fox News.

Garry previously worked with controversial NFL player Colin Kaepernick in a lawsuit representing George Floyd protesters and represented rapper Desiigner when he was charged with indecent exposure, according to a Superlawyers profile.

He told Fox News that the mom retained an attorney “to deal with calls like this” from the media.

“She is completely distraught about the situation and has no culpability,” Garry maintained.

Westman signed off on her son’s legal name change, which went from Robert to Robin, in 2020 because he was too young at 17 to do it himself.

He admitted in a series of disturbing online videos that he regretted being brainwashed into “being trans,” and planned to cut his girl-like hair before unleashing his carnage, in which he planned to kill far more kids.

Investigators are looking into whether her son targeted Annunciation because his mom had worked there until her retirement in 2021, after which she moved to Florida.

He had also been a pupil there, and knew the layout well.

The 23-year-old gunman targeted the church as it was holding a back-to-school Mass and wanted to watch the children suffer.

The two fatal victims were identified as 8-year-old Fletcher Merkel and 10-year-old Harper Moyski.

Fifteen other children were wounded along with three older parishioners; some of the victims remain in critical condition. At least nine remained in the hospital Friday, officials said.
