A relative of an NBC News producer charged with secretly making a sex tape with his unwitting girlfriend and posting it to a popular porn site contacted her to discourage her from pursuing the case, prosecutors said Thursday.

Carlo Dellaverson, 30, denied knowledge of the alleged contact. But Manhattan Judge Lisa Sokoloff reminded him to make no contact with the victim, 29, or face additional charges.

Dellaverson, whose dad is a former MTA honcho, is accused of secretly taping the sex romp on Feb. 14, then posting it on XTube.
