The first votes in the New Hampshire primary were cast just after midnight on Tuesday, when nine people voted in Dixville Notch and 21 submitted their ballots in Millsfield.
In Dixville Notch, Bernie Sanders won four votes to none for Hillary Clinton, while John Kasich beat Donald Trump, three votes to two. In Millsfield, Ted Cruz took nine votes to Trump’s three.
The rest were scattered. Clinton beat Sanders, two to one.
