Newly released surveillance video shows the moment a California cop shoots and kills an unarmed teenager, according to news reports.

Isiah Murrietta-Golding, 16, is seen climbing a fence while fleeing Fresno police and dashing across the lawn at a day care center on April 14, 2017, when one of the officers opens fire from the other side of the fence — hitting him in the back of the head.

The teen falls limp to the ground and is handcuffed by another cop.

The video was provided to The Post by attorney Stuart Chander, who is representing the dead boy’s family in a lawsuit filed in March 2018 against Fresno, its police department and the officer, who is identified as Sgt. Ray Villalvazo.

Villalvazo was cleared of wrongdoing last year when an internal investigation determined his actions “were within department policy,” the Fresno Bee reported.

Former Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said then that the internal probe found that Murrietta-Golding “reached into his waistband several times” while running from police.

Chandler didn’t agree.

“There’s absolutely no way the officer’s life was in danger,” he told the Bee. “He was running away and he was trying to hold up his pants.”

The teenager was a suspect in the slaying of a 19-year-old man who was killed a day earlier.

Police pulled his car over and asked him to put his hands up, but he instead ran from the officers.

The lawsuit was filed by Christina Pauline Lopez, the dead teen’s mother and names the city of Fresno, the police department and Villalvazo.
