A New Jersey teen was among those wounded during the mass shooting at a video game competition in Florida, according to a published report on Monday.

George Amadeo, 17, was in stable condition after surgeons removed a bullet from his ankle, his family told The Asbury Park Press.

The Middletown, NJ, resident Amadeo tweeted on Monday: “Out of surgery thanks for your prayers. If I don’t respond to your message it doesn’t mean that I didn’t see it, means the world to me.”

Amadeo was among the 11 people wounded in Jacksonville when 24-year-old David Katz of Baltimore opened fire on contestants playing Madden 19.

Katz murdered two people before killing himself.
