An alleged drunk driver in Oregon arrested last Wednesday had a blood-alcohol level of .77 — more than nine times the state’s legal limit, a report said.

Nathan Danzuka, 28, allegedly led police on a short chase in Madras after originally being sought for a hit-and-run in the city, The Smoking Gun reported, citing police.

Danzuka was caught after he crashed his Ford Explorer during the pursuit, the report said.

Officers said they found “several alcoholic beverage containers” in Danzuka’s SUV.

Danzuka’s blood was taken at the hospital, which showed his blood-alcohol was .778, the report said.

Oregon’s legal BAC limit for drivers is .08.

Charges against Danzuka, who has a prior DUI bust, are pending.
