Florida health officials are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a mystery patient who was admitted on New Year’s Eve.

The unidentified white man was admitted to Orlando Regional Medical Center on Dec. 31 after being struck by a vehicle in the Colonial and Dorchester area at 6:20 p.m., KTVZ reported.

The man is in his 20s to mid-40s, has dark, mid-length hair and an auburn mustache. He is 5 foot 11 and weighs 135 pounds.

Officials said the patient has several distinctive tattoos, including a Miami Marlins logo on his right hand, the letters S-E-L-F across his right fingers, “City Boy” on his left hand, and M-A-D-E written on his left fingers.

There are also some unrecognizable tattoos on both of his forearms and on his left wrist.
