Trust us — he’s dead, the State Department told Osama bin Laden’s family.

Abdullah bin Laden, one of the terrorist mastermind’s sons, requested a death certificate from the US embassy in Saudi Arabia several months after Navy SEALS killed Osama.

“No certificate of death was issued” for bin Laden because he was “killed in the course of military operations,” department general counsel Glen Keiser wrote to bin Laden’s son in a letter dated Sept. 9, 2011.

But Keiser did send the bin Ladens Justice Department documents dropping the charges against Osama due to his death.

Keiser’s letter was among a cache of Saudi documents WikiLeaks released last week.
