Michael Jackson’s suicidal daughter freaked out when she was transferred to the hospital where her dad died nearly four years ago, family sources said yesterday.

When the family of Paris Jackson, 15, checked her out of West Hills Hospital on Saturday, the troubled daughter apparently had no idea she was headed for UCLA Medical Center.

As they pulled up to the prestigious West LA facility, Paris flipped out.

“Are you crazy? Are you crazy? Why would you bring me here?” Paris screamed at her loved ones, the sources said.

The hospital is where paramedics brought her dad on June 25, 2009, before he was pronounced dead.

Paris’ family calmed her down after promising they’d spring her in just a few days, the sources said.

Loved ones guaranteed Paris that she’d be out in time for next Sunday’s wedding of her cousin Taj Jackson — Tito Jackson’s son — to his longtime girlfriend, they said.
