The ex-wife of South Carolina pastor John Paul Miller — whose second wife killed herself after slapping him with divorce papers — has alleged he was “sexually inappropriate” with underage girls at his church and was repeatedly unfaithful, newly filed court documents show.
The sordid allegations about the 44-year-old pastor’s sex life were laid bare in emergency court papers filed last week by his first wife, Alison Williams, as she seeks custody of the couple’s two teen children, News 13 reported.
The claims are the latest to engulf Miller after his second wife, Mica Miller, shot herself dead in April just weeks after she accused him of grooming her as a teen and abusing her throughout their marriage — allegations he strenuously denies.

Solid Rock / YouTubeIn her custody filing, Williams alleges that Miller — a pastor at Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina — has a history of being “sexually inappropriate with several underage female members” of his congregation and regularly hired prostitutes.
She claimed the underage girls Miller allegedly contacted had given her detailed accounts of his actions but none have ever come forward publicly because they feared retaliation.
“I went to the police department for the purpose of making a report and requesting an investigation,” Miller alleged in the court papers.

Williams divorced Miller in 2016 after learning he’d started having an affair with Mica while the younger woman was working as a nanny for the couple’s two kids, the filing states.
At some point after marrying Mica in 2017, Miller allegedly started cheating on his second wife, too, Williams alleged in court docs.
That woman’s husband later drowned, the filing states.
“Just two weeks prior to this incident, [the woman’s] husband had confronted J.P. and asked him to leave his wife and children alone,” Williams claims in the papers. “It is chilling to know that the spouses of both … are now dead, from tragic events.”
Despite divorcing Miller, Williams claims she stayed on friendly terms with Mica over the years — and that her ex’s second wife eventually reached out to her seeking mental health recommendations.

“Hey Ali, it’s Mica. This is a my new number … please don’t give it to anybody, but I just wanted to see who your counselor was to help you walk through for forgiveness and stuff and keep your heart right through all the mess,” she said, according to court documents.
“I don’t want to lose myself in this and I don’t want to pursue anything out of anger or vengeance, I just want to be free and have peace and keep my soul right,” Mica said. “So if you just text me the name of a good counselor, you know I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks, bye.”

Miller’s behavior has come under intense scrutiny ever since his second wife’s death was ruled a suicide after she was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head in North Carolina’s Lumber River State Park on April 28.
Despite the ruling, her family has pleaded for cops to investigate her demise amid allegations the pastor had abused his wife.
Mica had contacted authorities multiple times prior to her suicide to level allegations against her husband — including that he “groomed” her when she was a teen before they got married in 2017.
The pastor has previously said his wife suffered from mental illness, had made previous attempts to take her own life and was hospitalized on multiple occasions.
“Following the untimely death of Mica Miller, unfounded rumors and false accusations began circulating on social media and in various media outlets, suggesting Pastor Miller’s involvement in her demise,” Miller’s lawyer, Russell Long, said in the wake of her death.

As rumors began to swirl about Mica’s demise, the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office released extensive details regarding its probe to back findings that the pastor had no involvement in his wife’s death — including a 911 call Mica made the day she died.
“I’m about to kill myself and I just want my family to know where to find me,” Miller said in the audio clip.
