Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner issued a blunt warning to those looking to interfere with the election process Tuesday — after two heavily armed men threatened to “straighten out the vote” during the last election.
“Anybody who thinks it’s time to play militia, F around and find out,” Krasner said on Monday night, just hours before tens of thousands of Philadelphians flock to the polls.
“Anybody who thinks it’s time to insult, to deride, to mistreat, to threaten people, F around and find out,” he continued.

So if you’re going to try to turn an election into some form of coercion, if you’re going to try to bully people, bully votes or voters, you’re going to try to erase votes, you’re going to try any of that nonsense, we’re not playing. F around and find out. That’s what we’re going to do,” Krasner said.

During the 2020 election, two Virginia men were arrested in Philadelphia with an automatic weapon and a stockpile of ammunition after now-President Biden overtook Trump’s initial lead in the Keystone state.
They intended to “straighten out the vote” as election workers counted ballots, according to law enforcement.
Joshua Macias and Antonio Lamotta were stopped by cops outside the Pennsylvania Convention Center after authorities in Virginia got a tip that they were heading to the city in a silver Hummer decked out in QAnon regalia.
The pair were found guilty of two counts each for violating state gun laws and sentenced in March 2023 to two years probation and prison time that had been served prior to sentencing, according to CNN.
LaMotta was also federally charged for his participation in the Capitol Hill riots and sentenced to 6 months in prison.
