Chilling bodycam video captured the moment police in Kentucky captured a man who allegedly kidnapped a 6-year-old girl riding outside on her bike.

The footage published by WDRB shows a Louisville police officer arriving at a home where a car is parked in the driveway Friday.

“Let me see your hands! Put your hands in the air! Stay right there!” the officer orders the driver, identified as 40-year-old Robby Wildt.

The cop instructs the suspect to walk backward and to get on his knees.

When dispatch tells converging officers that someone else is in the car, an officer shouts: “Open the passenger door! Open the passenger door!”

He then opens the door and sees the terrified girl.

“Hello. It’s OK,” he says as he picks her up.

 “I want my daddy,” the girl cries.

Wildt has been charged with kidnapping of a minor and his bond was set at $1 million.

“You just can’t get there fast enough,” Officer Jason Burba, who found the child, told WDRB. “Seconds feel like hours. Your only thought is getting there as fast as you can.”

Lousville Metro Police Sgt. Joe Keeling said it’s “extremely rare for us to see a stranger kidnapping.”

“She’s a 6-year-old girl that obviously couldn’t help herself. She was absolutely terrified. I hate the fact she went through this. I hate the fact this is probably something that’s going to affect her the rest of her life,” Keeling told the news outlet.

“But we were able to get there, get in the area, find her, rescue her from her captor, and we were able to prevent anything worse than what had already happened from happening to her,” he said.

Wildt made several statements saying he knew what he did was wrong and was driving the girl back because he felt bad, WDRB reported, citing the arrest report.
