Hillary Clinton scored healthy bounces from last week’s Democratic convention, vaulting past Donald Trump, new polls showed Sunday.

The Democrat leads Trump, 43 percent to 40 percent, in a two-way, Morning Consult survey taken Friday and Saturday.

Trump had been leading, 44 percent to 40 percent, according to the same poll taken July 22-24, just after Republicans met in Cleveland.

A tell-tale sign of 2016 voters could be their opinion of President Obama.

Among those who approve of the job he’s doing, Clinton led 80 percent to 8 percent. Among those who disapprove of Obama’s performance, Trump led 70 percent to 11 percent.

The Morning Consult poll interviewed 1,931 registered voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.

A poll released on Sunday by YouGov and CBS, also taken Friday and Saturday, showed Clinton ahead, 43 percent to 41 percent, in 11 battleground states.

Those same pollsters found Trump leading, 42 percent to 41 percent, in days following the GOP convention.

Those 11 states were Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.
