New York City is considering canceling its business contracts with the Trump Organization over last week’s violent and deadly US Capitol riot, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday.

The Big Apple has several contracts with the Trump Organization “and they are all under review right now,” de Blasio told reporters during a City Hall press briefing.

De Blasio said the city is looking into terminating those contracts “very, very carefully and very quickly.”

“The president incited a rebellion against the United States government — clearly an unconstitutional act and people died,” the mayor charged. “That’s unforgivable.”

“So our legal team is right now assessing the options,” de Blasio said.

Last Wednesday, an unruly mob of Trump backers ransacked the Capitol after the president gave a fiery speech to supporters near the White House ahead of Congress certifying the Electoral College win of Joe Biden.

The invasion of Congress left five dead, including a Capitol police officer.

“So our legal team is right now assessing the options, and as quickly as we come to a resolution, we’re going to have something to say,” de Blasio said during the briefing.

The Trump Organization has contracts with the city regarding the operations of four attractions — two ice rinks, a golf course and a carousel on Parks Department property.

Those contracts involve the Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point in The Bronx, Wollman Rink at the southern part of Central Park, Lasker Rink at the northern end of Central Park, and the famed Central Park Carousel.

Documents reviewed by The Post show that the Trump Organization’s contracts with the city are worth a combined $45.2 million. About $36 million accounts for the pair of rinks in Central Park.

The president owns the Trump Organization, but his sons, Don Jr. and Eric Trump, run the company.

Manhattan corporate lawyer Mark Clyman of Wilk Auslander LLP weighed in on the possibility of the city cancelling its contracts with the Trump Organization, saying, “They would need to find grounds for termination.”

“The bottom line is if there isn’t a clear, delineated way to terminate the agreement by the city then there is not much you can do. You can’t terminate a contract without a right to terminate…otherwise you would be subject to breach of contract and monetary damages,” said Clyman, who has not seen the contracts.

Clyman added that Trump “is not one to sit down without a fight.”

“He’s very litigious,” the attorney said of the president.
