CNN experienced a major blackout as Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer delivered her speech during the final night of the Democratic National Convention on Thursday.

Whitmer was in the middle of throwing support behind Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic presidential nominee when the technical glitch struck the airwaves.

“But Kamala Harris, she gets us, she sees us she is us. Look..” Whitmer said as her frozen face remained on screen for a second before the feed turned black.

Pop star Beyonce did not appear at the Democratic National Convention tonight despite a report by TMZ claiming they had confirmed she would, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Earlier, the celebrity gossip outlet reported the “Single Ladies” singer would perform at the event.

“Beyoncé was never scheduled to be there,” the singer’s rep told The Hollywood Reporter.

Vice President Kamala Harris promised Thursday to sign sweeping border security legislation into law that was opposed by most Republicans this summer.

“After decades in law enforcement, I know the importance of safety and security, especially at our border,” Harris said.

“Last year, Joe and I brought together Democrats and conservative Republicans to write the strongest border bill in decades,” she added.

Kamala Harris told supporters at a second post-speech party that there would be "rough and tough" days ahead — as Donald Trump immediately slammed her Democratic convention address.

“We are the underdogs in this race," the vice president said in a smaller room at the convention venue — despite also predicting the ticket was going to win at an initial gathering after leaving the stage.

She said the campaign was “grueling” but also “uplifting."

Her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, told partygoers that he was losing his voice but that the “country saw the best of America" at the convention.

Anti-Israel protesters swarmed former GOP presidential primary candidate Vivek Ramaswamy as he crossed Union Park in Chicago, just blocks from the DNC.

“Racist go home! Racist go home!” the demonstrators shouted at Ramaswamy as his security detail formed a bubble of protection around him.

CHICAGO — Kamala Harris said Thursday that she will “stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself” as president — while at the same time saying a cease-fire in Gaza must get “done.”

“Now is the time to get a hostage deal and a cease-fire deal done!” she said to loud applause while delivering her presidential nomination acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

“And let me be clear, I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself,” the vice president added.

Kamala Harris told supporters "we're gonna win!" after leaving the stage of the Democratic convention Thursday night.

Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, made a cameo at a smaller gathering in the convention venue — touting the event as a smashing success.

“We are truly invested in the future of our country. Our fight is truly and deeply worn out of love for this country, and I know we're gonna get this done. We're gonna win!” the vice president said.

“But only if we understand you can party tonight and you need to work for the next 75 days or so. It's been a wonderful convention."

Harris' convention speech coincided with her and Emhoff's 10th wedding anniversary.

 "She gave one of, if not the greatest speeches," he gushed as he led a toast to the Democratic presidential nominee.

"I want to see her be president, so I'm gonna sleep on November 6, celebrating you becoming our next president."

CHICAGO — Former President Donald Trump signaled openness to burying the hatchet with Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R), whom he has sporadically attacked in recent weeks.

"I just saw Brian ... was interviewed by Sean Hannity, and he was very nice, and he said he wants Trump to win, and he's going to work with me 100%," Trump told Fox News.

"I think we're going to have a very good relationship with Brian Kemp," he added before shifting gears to discuss Independent presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Trump had lashed out at Kemp during an Atlanta rally early this month sniping, “He’s a bad guy. He’s a disloyal guy. And he’s a very average governor."

“Little Brian, little Brian Kemp. Bad guy,” Trump added at the rally, raising eyebrows from observers due to the importance of Georgia to winning the presidency.

Kemp had heaped praise on Trump during his appearance on Sean Hannity's show.

Former President Donald Trump said he's "willing" to face off against Vice President Kamala Harris in a debate on Sept. 10.

"I don’t like ABC, but i’m willing to do ABC," the former president said during an appearance on Fox News after Harris' DNC speech. ABC is the network slated to host the showdown next month.  

“I am willing to debate. And I think we should do much more than one debate,” he added, noting that Harris turned down a Sept. 4 debate that would've aired on Fox News. 

"I am ready, willing and able," Trump declared.

CHICAGO — Yet again, former President Donald Trump distanced himself from Project 2025, a blueprint for a future Republican administration developed by the conservative Heritage Foundation.

"She knows I have nothing to do with Project 2025 they throw it out. A group of people got together. They did a thing. I haven't even seen it. I don't want to see it. I told them specifically I don't want to see it," Trump told Fox News after Vice President Kamala Harris' speech.

"People know where I stand," Trump added. "She's a Marxist. She always was."

During her speech, Harris sought to tie Trump to Project 2025.

"As a part of his Project 2025 agenda, Trump and his allies would limit access to birth control, ban medication abortion, and enact a nationwide abortion ban. Simply put, they are out of their minds," she chided.

Former Defense Secretary and CIA chief Leon Panetta needed to mind his Ps and Qs.

An observant reporter spotted the 86-year-old receiving some teleprompter guidance to pronounce the Democratic presidential nominee's name as "Comma-la Harris."

The Rev. Al Sharpton mangled Harris' first name earlier as "Camel-la."
