Donald Trump slammed Megyn Kelly as the “biggest loser” of the recent GOP presidential debate — reigniting his feud with the former Fox News star after she said last week that the 77-year-old Republican front-runner has lost “multiple steps” due to his age.

Trump weighed in on last week’s fourth debate between the remaining Republican presidential hopefuls in Tuscaloosa, Ala., which he didn’t attend.

The debate — moderated by Kelly alongside NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas and Eliana Johnson of the Washington Free Beacon — managed just over 4 million viewers, down 47% from the third debate held in Miami on Nov. 8.

On his Truth Social platform, Trump on Saturday panned the event as “history’s lowest rated ‘presidential debate.'”

“What the hell happened to her?” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “She has lost whatever she once had, which wasn’t very much.”

Trump added: “Some things never change!”

The Post has sought comment from Kelly and Trump.

Trump’s post on Truth Social also included swipes at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, calling him “DeSanctimonious,” and panning former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie as “sloppy.”

Trump declared biotech mogul Vivek Ramaswamy the winner “because he thinks I’m great.”

Trump’s attack on Kelly came after she took a shot at his mental competency.

“There’s no question that Trump has lost a step or multiple steps,” Kelly told podcaster Glenn Beck on Friday.

“He is confusing Joe Biden for [Barack] Obama. I know he’s now saying he intentionally did that — go back and look at the clips, it wasn’t intentional.”

Kelly said Trump has been making verbal gaffes “repeatedly” — such as “confusing countries, confusing cities where he is.”

“With all due respect to Trump, this is what happens when you’re 77 years old,” Kelly told Beck.

“Trump seems inhuman, but he’s not inhuman. He’s a human. He’s a man.”

In 2015, Kelly, who was at Fox News at the time, grilled Trump while moderating a GOP presidential debate.

She asked Trump about derogatory comments he made about women.

“You’ve called women you don’t like fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals,” Kelly asked Trump.

In a televised appearance days later, Trump took a swipe at Kelly, saying: “There was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.”

Trump later claimed that he meant Kelly’s nose when he said “wherever.”

Months later, Kelly and Trump appeared to bury the hatchet.
