Had a great visit from @FloydMayweather today with @realdonaldtrump. One of the best all time boxing legends. pic.twitter.com/BFQbLMeHlH

President-elect Donald Trump may be trying to put together a new Cabinet, but that didn’t stop him and his son, Donald Jr., from taking a photo with Floyd “Money” Mayweather on Wednesday at Trump Tower.
But Trump wasn’t always a fan of the 49-0 Mayweather. Trump, like many fans at the time, blasted Mayweather’s controversial majority decision over Argentinian boxer Marcos Maidana on May 4, 2014.
Of course, it prompted a Trumpian Twitter rant:
The Mayweather decision is a disgrace!

Crowd is booing the hell out of that phony decision – place is angry and going wild. Fight was not even close! DISGUSTING.

No wonder boxing is close to dead!

The ring announcers are working hard to justify the Mayweather victory. They should be ashamed of themselves! A TOTAL JOKE.

Guess, he felt boxing’s sytem was “rigged.”
Trump, who faced many allegations of sexual abuse during the presidential campaign, apparently didn’t mind being pictured with Mayweather, who spent 60 days in jail in 2012 after pleading guilty to domestic violence charges involving a former girlfriend.
