They’ll be eating cake at the Trump election night party.
Baker Melissa Alt wheeled in a 40-pound chocolate cake in the shape of Donald Trump’s head Tuesday night to the New York Hilton, where the GOP candidate’s supporters were watching the presidential returns.
Alt, who donated the cake to Trump campaign, said it took 50 hours to make and would cost $7,000 to purchase.
The legal limit for donations to a presidential candidate is $2,700.
Asked why Trump looks so glum in the enormous confection, the cakemaker said, “He’s serious.”
