Spanish-language TV network Univision knew all about “straight talker” Donald Trump well before the presidential candidate made his controversial comments about Mexican immigrants — so it had no right to dump his Miss USA Pageant, Trump’s lawyers say in court papers.

Trump sued Univision last summer for breach of contract after it refused to carry the pageant following remarks he made that illegal immigrants were drug dealers, criminals and “rapists.”

His lawyers say his comments were “foreseeable” because he’s been speaking out on the issue for more than a decade.
