President Trump always said he was a ratings genius.

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” saw its ratings surge last Friday, the day after Trump went on Twitter to criticize co-hosts “Psycho Joe” Scarborough and “Low IQ Crazy Mika” Brzezinski.

The show drew 1.66 million people, making it “Morning Joe’s” highest-rated show since the day after Election Day 2016, and allowing it to beat out Trump-friendly “Fox & Friends” on Fox News, the usual ratings leader of that time slot, Variety reported, citing Nielsen data.

Trump lashed out at the co-hosts in a tweet, saying they appeared at his Florida resort Mar-a-Lago in January and Brzezinski “was bleeding from a face-lift.”

She and Scarborough, who were supposed to leave for vacation, delayed their trip to respond to Trump on Friday’s show.
