President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani is setting new conditions for a possible sit-down with Robert Mueller.

Giuliani said Mueller, who’s probing whether the Trump campaign colluded with Moscow in 2016, will have to disclose evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Trump before the president will agree to an interview.

“If they can come to us and show us the basis and that it’s legitimate and that they have uncovered something, we can go from there and assess their objectivity,” Giuliani told the New York Times on Friday.

The former mayor expands on the Trump team’s legal strategy on ABC News’ “This Week” on Sunday.

Trump previously said he’s willing to speak with Mueller.
