Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton would fare well in general election races against Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, but struggle against Ben Carson and Marco Rubio, a new poll revealed on Monday.
The former secretary of state leads Trump and Cruz, 50-40 and 48-45, respectively, the Wall Street Journal/NBC News survey found.
But a general election race could be flipped in head-to-head battles against Rubio and Carson.
The Florida senator leads Clinton, 48-45, and the retired neurosurgeon edges the former first lady, 47-46, the WSJ/NBC survey found.
The poll was taken between Sunday and Wednesday of last week.
Clinton is leading Democratic challenger, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.), 48-39, in a poll of likely Iowa caucus goers, according to a Des Moines Register/Bloomberg poll released on Monday.
She had a 42-37 lead over Sanders in the same poll back in October.
