First son Hunter Biden is often seen accompanying his commander-in-chief dad — but unlike other family members such as first brother Frank Biden, Hunter has never been listed in White House or Marine One visitor logs, The Post has learned.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said last week that recording the first son or other Biden family members’ names in the Marine One logbooks was “something we’ve never done.”

“This is the family. The family gets to travel with the president, and that’s been the case with every other president, and so it’s not something that we have done or we would be doing moving forward,” she told reporters.

In May 2021, a White House policy announcement pledged to “not release access records related to purely personal guests of the First and Second Families (i.e., visits that do not involve any official or political business).”

But that policy appears to have been loosely observed by Biden’s own staff after the president vowed to lead the “most transparent” administration in US history.

On April 26, Frank Biden was both placed on a published guest list and noted in visitor logs for a White House state dinner with the president, first lady Jill Biden and South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife, Kim Keon Hee.

Two months later, Hunter Biden appeared on a published guest list for a White House state dinner with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi — but was not placed in the executive mansion’s visitor logs for the same date, June 22.

It’s unclear why or whether the nature of Frank’s visit was considered “official or political” while Hunter was a “purely personal” guest.

“We’re proud to be the most transparent administration in history when it comes to visitor disclosures, which the previous administration ended altogether,” a White House official told The Post.

“If individuals who never said a word about the full stoppage under Trump are nitpicking now, then that tells you everything you need to know. But we wish them a merry Christmas all the same.”

Former President Donald Trump discontinued the regular publication of visitor logs in 2017, a practice begun during the Obama administration but avoided by former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

Under former President Barack Obama, the White House reversed course and began producing the logs to settle lawsuits from the liberal organization Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics.

Passengers on Marine One are usually identified by reporters at the White House as they disembark, precluding the need to obtain logs.

The president has also raised transparency concerns after the Secret Service refused to provide information about any visitors to his Delaware homes during his time in office, The Post previously reported.

Biden, 81, reportedly warned his brother Frank to “for Christ’s sake, watch yourself” about invoking the family name for business purposes during the 2020 presidential campaign, but has repeatedly said he had no involvement in his son’s business affairs.

Devon Archer, Hunter’s former business partner, testified to Congress earlier this year that Joe Biden met, dined with and spoke on the phone with his son’s foreign associates both during and after his time as vice president.

Several associates were also recorded in vice presidential visitor logs during that time, but the first son has not been listed in visitor logs over the course of Biden’s presidency

The first son also showed up at the White House twice for the annual Easter Egg Roll, made two weekend trips to Camp David, a July 4 celebration with a fireworks display, a Medal Of Freedom ceremony, a Christmas tree lighting and his daughter Naomi’s wedding on the South Lawn.

This year, the Independence Day visit came after Hunter had been staying at the executive mansion for at least two weeks before the announcement of his June 20 plea deal on tax and gun charges, the Washington Post previously reported.

Unlike his uncle Frank, Hunter did not walk past members of the press when entering the White House for his state dinner appearance, lending credibility to the report and implying he entered from the main residence rather than the East Wing.

Last week, Jean-Pierre said the president was “familiar” with his son’s plans to evade a Dec. 13 subpoena from the House Oversight Committee for a closed-door deposition on his business affairs.

Hunter was also not included in the list of Biden family passengers who flew back from Delaware on Marine One Tuesday after observing the 51st anniversary of the car crash that killed the president’s wife and daughter.
