Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle have just shelled out $9.7 million on a Florida mansion.
And it looks like they snagged a bargain.
The home was initially listed back in 2017 for a whopping $19.9 million, property records show. But after three years on and off the market, and a $10 million price cut, the home finally sold to Trump Jr., 43, and his gal pal, 52, who recently revealed that she already feels like she’s married to him.
The sale took place two-and-a-half months after the pair made their exit from the Big Apple following the results of the 2020 election.
“There is no way they can stay in New York. They’d be tortured in the streets,” a source close to the family previously told The Post — noting at the time that they would be looking into a property in Jupiter.
