The family of presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner is looking to buy Major League Baseball’s Miami Marlins.
EPSN and Bloomberg News say the Kushners are part of a group negotiating with Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria.
But Jared and dad Charles Kushner, a convicted tax evader, would not be principal owners, the reports said.
Kushner is the father of Jared Kushner, who’s married to Trump’s eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, and is a senior adviser to her dad.
Forbes reported earlier in the day that Loria had a “handshake agreement” to sell his ball club for $1.6 billion to a New York City developer.
