President Donald Trump on Wednesday pardoned the ex-husband of TV personality “Judge Jeanine” in one of his final acts as president, the White House announced after Air Force One landed in Florida.

Jeanine Pirro’s ex-husband, Albert Pirro, was included in a 143-person list of clemency recipients released by the White House just before 1 a.m. Wednesday.

In a statement distributed to the traveling press pool, Trump spokesman Judd Deere said, “Today, President Donald J. Trump granted a full pardon to Albert J. Pirro, Jr.”

Pirro was convicted in 2000 of federal crimes including tax evasion. He served 11 months in prison.

It’s unclear if Trump will release additional pardons before President-elect Joe Biden takes office at noon.

Trump’s early-morning list included rapper Lil Wayne and former White House strategist Steve Bannon, but did not include reprieves in many of the most hotly debated cases, including for WikiLeaks editor Julian Assange and whistleblower Edward Snowden.
